299vat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online gaming and Sports Betting service for users in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 299vat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• Fraud: Using software, bots, or any automated method to gain an unfair advantage
• Money Laundering: Processing illegal funds through the platform
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple identities or false information
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false claim with your bank or payment provider after depositing and playing

299vat may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
